What we collect
Waitlist form
When you join our waitlist, we collect:
- Email address (required)
- Name, role, and company (optional)
- Your areas of interest (optional)
- Any message you choose to include (optional)
Website analytics
We use Vercel Analytics to understand how visitors use our site. This is privacy-friendly: it doesn't use cookies, doesn't track you across sites, and doesn't collect personal information. We see aggregate data like page views and visitor counts — not individual browsing behavior.
Why we collect it
- Waitlist data: To notify you when our Trading Signal API launches and to understand what our potential users are interested in.
- Analytics: To improve our website and understand which content is useful.
The legal basis for processing your waitlist data is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw this consent at any time.
Who has access
Your data is handled by a small team at px dynamics. We share data with these service providers:
- Vercel (USA) — hosts our website and provides analytics
- Slack (USA) — we receive waitlist notifications there
- Hetzner (Germany) — stores waitlist submissions as structured backups
Vercel and Slack have appropriate safeguards for EU-US data transfers. Hetzner stores data within the EU. We don't sell your data or share it with anyone else.
How long we keep it
We keep your waitlist data until you ask us to delete it, or until it's no longer needed for the purpose you provided it. If you'd like your data removed, just email us.
Your rights
Under GDPR, you have the right to:
- Access — request a copy of your data
- Rectification — correct inaccurate data
- Erasure — ask us to delete your data
- Portability — receive your data in a standard format
- Object — object to certain processing
- Withdraw consent — at any time, without affecting prior processing
